Is this class for beginners?
Yes! Our studio caters to beginners and this class will be a perfect introduction into our studio culture. No experience needed. Pinky Promise!
What do I wear/bring?
Please wear something that makes you feel uber sexy and feminine. Heels are optional. Please bring a yoga mat. Student are required to bring their own.
Will we learn pole tricks?
This class is primarily sensual yoga, floorwork, and feminine movement. We do end class with a bonus beginner pole spin; however this is optional. You will still enjoy class even if you don't want to learn a pole trick.
Do I have to wear heels?
No. Platform heels are just another way to tap into the "uber" feminine. There are many other accessories you can use to be overtly feminine such as fishnets, jewelry, sexy top, etc... Please do what works for your body.
But just in case... we do rent heels for $10 ;)
